Just a thought. We could produce a club calendar and use the profits to fund the exhibition?

For Fuji fans
A friend of mine recently got the new Fujifilm XF 150-600mm f5.6-8 R LM OIS WR Lens to pair with his new XS10 and what a lens! It's so light and the sharpness is biting. I went with him to try it out to RSPB Rye Meads - some of my pics on our FB page. He took similar. But the most astonishing thing,...

Re: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ONLY - Join me and Retro Rob at Andrew Dunsmore's stuido
I'm wondering if it's the date or the cost that's putting people off. If it's the date, there are some others available but it'll be a weekday evening or a Sunday. The cost, unfortunately, is not negotiable as I've got the best deal I can with the studio hire and the model though £80 for 4hr studio ...

Re: Is this off camera flash theory correct?
So, theory flawed. Triggers and receivers have to be of the same brand to communicate with each other. This from Pixapro (Godox in this country): "It doesn't work that way, unfortunately. The 2.4GHz signal is just the frequency that is used to transmit the instructions between one device and an...

Re: Is this off camera flash theory correct?
Hmmm. So tried again and made sure all the channels and groups matched but still no joy. So either you can't mix and match or else I'm doing something wrong...

Re: Is this off camera flash theory correct?
Interesting. I assumed they were both on the same channel as I the Calumet's default setting is Group A, Channel 1 and I'm pretty sure I set teh Godox to that. But will check and give it a go.

Really?! You don't need to calibrate your screen not even for printing
I was gobsmacked when I read this. Goes against everything I've seen and read. Anyone else any opinions?

Is this off camera flash theory correct?
I have a Godox XPro transmitter (Nikon) which works fine with my AD200PRO I also have another pair of transmitter and receiver units (Calumet) dedicated for Nikon use. I thought that given both the Godox and Calumet use the same frequency - 2.4GHz - I could use the XPro to fire the Calumet receiver ...
