Re: Croydon Culture Click Photographic Competition
I did see your son, but we didn't speak. I liked your photo, did you use that Luminosity technique I showed you to get that result as it looked a little HDR.. I didn't leave early as I enjoyed sinking the free champagne . :P I understand my photo will also be displayed in the new offices... Do you k...

Re: New HDR Technology in the Pipeline?
That's good to hear Mike...
I also found the results better if you changed to Sepia instead of B&W ....
Its also nice as you can still adjust the layers contrast, saturation etc etc

Re: New HDR Technology in the Pipeline?
I believe Adobe photoshop CS6 already has this feature.. If you choose the Merge to HDR option there is also a function to remove ghost's (a tick box) which sounds like the same thing.

I guess HDR is a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it! That said HDR looks awesome when it's done properly and tastefully.

Re: First go at HDR
It was done from one single photo which I made multiple exposures of. I did it in CS6 through bridge which has a Merge photos in HDR function.

First go at HDR
HDR, is something I previously haven't liked! I generally find it either overdone or so unrealistic it doesn't look like a photograph.. :? Anyway I had a go at doing last night. I haven't done it properly as I took a single photograph from my database and produced 4-5 other copies of it at different...
