Bye Bye Adobe?

Amateur Photographer has reviewed a number of alternatives to Adobe's software. There are few missing, such as ON1 and Capture One, although the latter does not fit the magazine's low cost criterion. The most interesting of the bunch is Serif Affinity Photo which the article reckons is a Photoshop replacement for just £65. Has anyone here tried it?
