There are a slew of announcements for new products today, which I found when looking at DPReview. Naturally, they will be at all the other usual sites as well. The Nikon Z6/Z7 refresh was not that interesting but there are a couple of products which are genuinely different from anything I have seen previously. The Canon Zoom is a pocket sized monocular which can record images while the Panasonic BGH1 is a modular camera system based on m43. Panasonic has been concentrating more on full frame recently and there have not been any m43 updates for a while. That has caused some commentators to question its commitment to the format, particularly with the withdrawal of Olympus raising questions whether m43 has a long term future. While the BGH1 looks to be more suited to video than still photography, Panasonic is still clearly in the game.
