Until the clocks change at your end we are 7 hrs ahead, normally it's 8. I find that taking the current 24hr time and adding/removing the 7hrs is the easiest way to mentally do it though
So as I type this it's 10.21am and a balmy 32degrees C outside, albeit with a threat of rain later.

The difference is not so great as I had imagined and there is quite a large overlap of our waking hours.
Has it rained yet? A fine day is promised here, although not quite as warm as yours, nor with as much humidity. And to think that this time last year it was so cold I was still wearing gloves
