Worried about rain spoiling your pictures? There is a solution, albeit a pricy one which requires some planning. I think that I'll stick with chance.

As that article says, why not just pick somewhere that doesn't rain - for $100k you could probably pay travel+hotel for a couple of hundred guests and still end up paying less.

Strange, the original link is working for me.
Somehow, I don't think that this service is for those who have to go somewhere where good weather is assured, but rather those who want to be able to say "I made the sun shine" and are rich enough to do just that.
