Hi Mike,

I concur with your response especially the 'subjective' element of imagery.

Just to let you know that Joe Partridge no longer teaches (mine was one of his last courses) and neither does his wife Nicky. As I mentioned, funding is a big issue nowadays and I know of no local colleges who are doing the Level 3 photographic courses to which I was referring. A shame.

Perhaps next year I could give a resume of some to the creative elements and/or thought processes that were brought up during my course. I know that Roz did the Level 2 and may also like to contribute. A discussion for another day perhaps.

I was aware that Joe Partridge was no longer doing the courses, but not that they had been scaled back. CALAT still has them listed, but I think that is for the 2014/15 term.
