It's All Been Done?

Postby Mike Farley » Mon 22 Jun 2015, 19:50

As a follow up to the articles on photographic cliches, The Online Photographer had an article about whether everything which could be photographed had already been done.

I got as far as reading "things that are in the future haven't been photographed yet" and stopped bothering to read! The articles this guy churns out are just getting worse and worse.

Around 10 moths ago Michael Johnston moved into a house with a large basement where he felt he could improve on the TOP output. He even had financial assistance from some of his readers to do so. Ironically, quality has dropped since then and a tie up with the former editor of Black and White Photography magazine, Ailsa McWhinnie, which was announced several months ago does not appear to be happening. It's a shame, as while there have been the odd flashes of the old MJ, this is one blog writer living off past glories. Quite literally, as he relies on things such as the Amazon referral scheme.
