I am not sure if the company is still taking new orders, but this bit of publicity will not help its business. It's a shame that this has happened as I have previously bought from them and found them to be a good shop.

It has ceased trading... an announcement says:
It is with great regret that we have to inform you that after 35 years in retail Morris Photographic Centre, Chipping Norton regrettably ceased to trade on the 2nd June 2014; we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and suppliers for their continued support throughout the years.
Unfortunately the hostile retail market has meant falling profits on a yearly basis until the situation became untenable in our present format, we remain hopeful that an offer will be accepted for the website and that the name and business will continue and prosper in a new and positive direction.
Our Customers as always have come first, all orders have been supplied or cancelled and refunded, there are no monies owed to members of the public, we have tried to ensure that our customers were as unaffected by this decision as possible. All goods supplied are covered by the Manufacturers warranties and customers should get in touch with the Manufacturer should they require a guarantee repair.
Any other queries should be directed to BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency

A great pity that a firm which seems to been run by decent people could not survive.
AP update here, although it is essentially a repeat of the Rose's post.
