Hmm I think I preferred his architecture ones, too many lazy street shots of people's backs or sniping from afar. Not quite as taken by that selection as I was the other ones. Also I think the mono conversions are a bit lacking in oomph, like he's done it straight out of camera.

Definitely agree with both points. He chose to shoot with a telephoto zoom and his shots lack the intimacy that comes with shooting close with a shorter focal length. It seems like he forgot the lessons he espoused in the article he republished immediately after this post to flog his street photography video.
