Much will depend on what the full reviews say and how quickly Samsung can introduce a full range of lenses, but it looks promising. Unlike other manufacturers, Samsung does not appear to have hobbled the camera by omitting features simply to have a near identical "update" in a year or so's time. Think of the Sony RX100 series or the Panasonic GM1 morphing into the GM5, as recent examples. What is the betting that a Panasonic LX100 with a tilting touch screen will appear next year?Speaking for myself, if the Olympus E-M1 had the continuous AF capability of the NX1, it would have merited far more serious consideration to replace my Canon DSLR kit. As it is, I will continue to monitor developments before making any decisions.
