Low Cost Photo Book - Deal Expiring, Act Quickly

Bonusprint is currently running a promotion for heavily discounted photo books. How does £19 for a 100 page hard cover book with photo on the front and complete with P&P sound? The deal is that you buy a voucher for £19 by tomorrow (13 January) and redeem it by the end of February 2015. The usual retail price is £79-37, so it is a significant saving. The person who told me about this said that the print quality is not quite up to normal commercial book standards, but is not far off. Besides, how far can you go wrong for £19?

As an update, I decided to use this offer to create a photo book with the images I took during my photo a day project in 2013. I used the downloadable Bonusprint application as I figured that with 100 pages to complete it would be easier to work offline. I did find some of the pro forma page templates a bit limited, although I did find other suggested layouts set up towards the end of the book. I am not sure why everything was not included as a template to start off with.

Overall, I am pleased with the way it has come out. Generally colours appear accurate and mono works well. It was certainly well worth the £19 I paid, although I am not sure that I would have bothered at £80. If anyone is interested in seeing the book, let me know and I'll bring it to a club meeting at some point.

My understanding is that this offer is repeated from time to time, so I will probably start working on a "greatest hits" book to be ready if it occurs again. It took much more effort to create the book than I had anticipated and it became almost a full time job for a few days, so maybe doing it on an ad hoc basis will work better. The other problem, of course, will be finding enough shots of a sufficient calibre to fill 100 pages.
