The headline quote "We learned from the D600 episode" in respect of the D750 problems introduces this DPReview article, a recent interview with senior Nikon executives. It certainly made me wonder which planet those guys come from. OK, Nikon has certainly been more open and responsive since the D600 debacle and the way it handled the D750 issues was exemplary, but it would it not have been better if all the subsequent problems with its new cameras, not just the D750, had not occurred in the first place? Yes, everyone makes mistakes from time to time, Canon included, but Nikon's track record has not been too good of late.
