Well the polling was been completed and the ballot papers are being counted. We await the results.

However, the Croydon Camera Club has it's own elections to worry about and it needs candidates who are prepared to lend their abilities in the clubs Council. Only two of the positions have nominations (Chairman and Treasurer) and we're still looking for a Secretary, Programme Secretary and five ordinary members.

Come on people, the Club won't run itself. Please consider putting your name forward.

The job descriptions of the principle roles were included with the notice of the AGM sent out last month.

As of last week I notice that all positions within the Council have nominations against them. Hopefully more will be forthcoming prior to the AGM to add some modicum of interest or opposition.

Look forward to seeing the final nominations and hopefully a productive AGM
