New Year's Resolutions

There is a lot to be said for No 7 in Amateur Photographer's list. The number of times I have taken a shot after having previously done some macro work, only for the mirror to flip up and there is a two second delay before the shutter fires .......
The rest are good suggestions as well and the last two will help inspire during what is turning out to be a "winter" consisting of too many days of dull uninspirational weather.
