STOP PRESS: Delivery Company Develops Time Machine (OT)

I think that is what this apparently Delphic statement on a delivery company's website is trying to tell me. If so, the time machine did not work. ;)

Well, the delivery has just arrived. I had wondered whether an old battered police box would materilaise from which the courier would step, package in hand. So it was something of a let down when he arrived in a Transit. It was the right shade of blue, though. ;)
