Has anyone got a Nikon battery and charger?

My Nikon EN-EL15 batteries are dead but the charger, MH25, doesn't seem to be charging them.

The batteries showed some charge in camera but the charger doesn't seem to be charging them (charging lights not coming on)

Has anyone got a MH25 charger and a EN-EL15 battery that I can borrow briefly to determine the problem?

Failing that, are there any camera shops in Croydon I an contact?

Hi Andy

Sorry, I cannot help with the battery or charger. So far as I am aware, there is only one camera shop left in our area, Croydon Photo Centre. Reg Roach, who has run it for the last 50 years or so, mainly specialises in older gear and film cameras but he might be able to help. I have seen him give advice to someone about digital cameras and he has a wealth of knowledge. Best give him a call before making a journey, although it might be son Paul who answers..

Displaying personal e-mail addresses in posts on the forum is not recommended as they might be used by spammers. The forum facilitates two methods of communication between members, Private Messages (PM) and an e-mail facility that does not reveal the sender's e-mail address. It is preferable to use one of these instead. I have amended Wally's post and sent his e-mail address to Andy.
