Photoshop Update

Adobe has just announced the first major update to Photoshop since moving to the subscription model for new releases a few months ago. Of the new features, the enhanced perspective controls will be of most interest to photographers. Anyone who is not yet a subscriber can download a 30 day trial, even if they have previously tried out a previous version.

Incidentally, Adobe has extended the qualifying period for its Photography Program, which provides Lightroom, Photoshop CC and various other benefits for £8-78 per month, until the end of February 2014.

I have found this video which shows how the new perspective tool works - it looks v. impressive. The last minute or so is an advert for the presenter's sponsors, so there's no need to watch until the end.
