Annual Summer BBQ - 23 July

As usual, Hilary and Wally Conquy are kindly hosting this event at their house and from the 2 July meeting onwards Wally be collecting a very reasonable £5 per head from those who wish to attend. This is always an enjoyable social occasion to which all are welcome.

As this forum is publicly viewable, I will not give Wally's address here. If anyone needs to know, Wally will be happy to give you the details when he is collecting money. Alternatively, you can send me a PM or e-mail.

The arrangements for the barbeque are similar to those for other years and it will commence at 7:30 pm. You will need to bring something to sit on, a plate for the main course, a bowl for dessert, eating utensils and something from which to drink. There will be some soft drinks available, but if you prefer a different beverage you are welcome to bring that instead.
