Croydon Library has offered the club an opportunity to display our work in the Croydon Central Library during the month of April this year. This will be a separate location to the Click Clock Gallery where we are holding our annual exhibition this year and will be in the library itself on Level 2. The main requirement is that the photos should be of popular tourist spots in London to coincide with the Cityread event which is taking place that month.
Does anyone have suitable pictures which they would like to be considered for inclusion in the exhibit?
Please respond to this post if you wish to participate.

I'm interested, depending on the closing date for entries. Good source of inspiration for some 365 shots too.

I would be interested. How many pictures are they looking for and how are they to be displaid, framed or un framed?

Re: Proposed Display of Members' Work at Croydon Library
In response to Nina and David.
There is no closing date for entries, other than the images will have to be ready for display at the beginning of April. I have queried with the library about the size of the display area, which will determine the number of prints. If we have more than can be shown, then there will have to be a selection process. It is to be confirmed, but it sounds as though the images will be displayed mounted, but not framed as they have to be attached to the boards with velcro. In other words, we would use the same method as we have done in previous years for the club's exhibition at the Fairfield Halls.

Re: Proposed Display of Members' Work at Croydon Library
I will be coordinating with the library on behalf of the club.
Could everyone who wishes to participate let me know via a post on this thread how many images that they wish to be considered. If you already have prints, could you also advise the size, including mount. There is only a limited amount of space avaiialble, so there might have to be a selection process. If possible and space permits, I will aim to have at least one image from each member who wishes to participate.
