The SPA Committee have decided that all communications to clubs will now be sent to both Club Secretaries and SPA Representatives as standard practice. This email should therefore be received by two people in each club.

If you receive this message twice it will most probably be because your club is one of the few that have not yet complied with our requirement that clubs appointt an SPA Representative who is not also the Secretary.

I wish the SPA would advertise their events better, I had no idea this was happening. Considering they are supposed to be the glue holding their member clubs together I'd have hoped for more information from them.
