Hi All,

As promised I'm suggesting a photographic walk along the South Bank on a Saturday afternoon/evening to take advantage of the 'golden hour'. The suggested date is 19 March with a fall back of 26 March.

Any one interested?

Tom Sherrin

According to my records, Tom is one of those who put his name down for The Photography Show trip ........

Where would I be without someone reminding me of dates. posting.php?f=4&mode=reply&t=2042&sid=d66d4dd9457a3a964d488286641386c2#

The photography show comes first so will go with the most convenient date for those interested.

Regards,

Tom

From the responses that I've had it looks like Saturday 26th March at the moment but I'm aware that it's the Easter weekend. I'm open t suggestions (date-wise) if anyone has other options.

It'll give people a chance to try out the new toys they brought at the Photographic Show. posting.php?f=4&mode=reply&t=2042&sid=9c50b8df53e4df14af80ce16b8bfe5af#

Hi Tom

I am planning to be in Guildford on 26 March, so although I would like to be there that date does not work for me unfortunately.

Mike,

I'm sorry that you are otherwise engaged on 26th but rest assured that there will be other opportunities.

I note that past meet-ups have tended to be restricted for a number of reasons to one day. That said, there is no reason why we cannot repeat outings if there is enough interest. Having been on a similar tour recently I suggest that 6 people at a time are probably enough. That gives time to talk and pass on knowledge without getting in everyone's way.

Hopefully someone from the first trip will volunteer to do another later in April or May. Unfortunately, the later that we leave it the longer the evenings.

Regards,

Tom

Yes, it is unfortunate that your two suggested dates clash with other things I am doing. That's the way it goes sometimes. If the conditions look promising I can always head up there on my own.
