Hi Rose,

An interesting website. There must be something there during the summer that we can lock into.

Regards,

Tom

Thanks, Rose. The Kent and East Sussex Railway, which a group of us went to last year for a VE Day 70th anniversary commemoration, is holding a 1940s weekend on 21 - 22 May although it is not on the list. Apart from the date, there are no other details on the KESR website as yet, so I am not sure how much will be going on if it clashes with something similar elsewhere.

The Bluebell Railway's "Southern at War" event (similar to the K&ESR's event) is being held on 14th and 15th May

Thanks. I have missed it for the past couple of years, so I'll see if I can make it this time.
