The World Press photo exhibition is on at the Southbank Centre, Royal Festival Hall to the 20 November 2017. It's free, so if in the vicinity...

I went on my way home from work last night. Impressive photography, but much of it very gruesome - including shots that are probably too graphic to make their way into newspapers.
