PAD 21
Day 21 and the day after a lot of snow fell, so I wanted to get a shot of it on the trees. It proved extraordinarily difficult to achieve an effective shot when photographing the branches overhead and I eventually ended up at this gnarled and twisted oak tree, an old favourite. The background proved distracting, so I colour popped the image. And to think that until yesterday, I had never previously used this technique!
