Yes, Photo of the Day is back. After a couple of months of the most miserable and uninspiring weather, a warm and sunny spring day finally tempted me out. This was something of a grab shot and I waited for the subjects to approach close enough to fill the frame. Unfortunately, this coincided with the access covers which I failed to spot. Personally, I can live with them, but I expect there are some judges who would not want to see them there.

Overall, a very productive afternoon. Not that many shots taken, but quite a few pleasing ones.
