Sadly forum restrictions do not allow for a larger image.

Wow, nice shot. Whats the story behind it then?

Re: BASE Jump
There seems to be a very large speck of dust on your sensor.
Unusual and dramatic shot, although I wonder how large it would need to be to make sense to the casual observer as to what is happening? I think it might be one of those occasions when it is difficult to capture a shot which conveys what was experienced by the photographer, but with the help of the title you have chosen, I believe that you have largely achieved this here.

When I first saw this image on your Flickr site I thought it was excellent and that was without seeing the title or the base jumper. Where is a smiley with clapping hands when you need one!
Re: BASE Jump
Hadn't seen any comments on this until Nina posted, cheers guys. Mike's comments are true about the small image size allowed on the forum doesn't really let it shine. The same was true for Facebook and it wasn't until someone noticed and pointed out the guy that people realised! When it's shown at a normal size for photography sites it's much more prominent and seems to have been correspondingly well received. Looks great in print too, IMO, it works much better the larger the format is.

I saw this image a while back on your own website and it does look more impressive at a larger size. I have included a link for anyone who is interested.

I never thought to cross-post the original article here, mainly because the example I used to deliver the advice is quite specific to Singaporean photography circles. There does seem to be a peculiar trend to much photography here, certainly the stuff that makes it online & onto social media
