There are products such as the Arctic Butterfly which use static attraction to remove dust. Mine has worked well for me in the past.

I have a Canon 6D and have only had a dust speck on my sensor once. I cleared it by switching camera on and off a few times. I think maybe your camera has a problem.
Hope you get it sorted.
