Thanks David. This is taken from the main road which has a great view down the runway, so no permission required. Been studying the weather more lately so was hoping the prediction stayed accurate, which it did.

I initially thought it was a 5 November shot!
Well done, especially on having the patience to work through so many shots to get the final composite.

Week 41/52
Had to include my 3 week old son George in my project but wow this was a hard shoot! Keeping still and getting him to look into the camera were impossible. Stopping him from crying was my main achievement
I over-exposed by 1 stop and used a gaussian blur layer to give a soft focus effect.

Re: Paul's 52 Week Project
Looks like two sets of congratulations are in order. Firstly on becoming parents and secondly on a great shot by the proud dad.
Keep taking the pictures. They do grow up so quickly and you do not realise the changes which are taking place. When you are older you will be pleased that you have a record to look back on.

Week 42/52
Visited the excellent Horniman Museum to see their aquarium this week. The most photogenic subject was this Common Toad in the UK section. Used my Sigma 105mm macro and ISO 1000 to get this steady shot.

Week 44/52
Visited the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich to capture this "little planet" stereographic image. Made up of 24 stitched wide angle shots (12 covering the ground and 12 for the building and sky) and processed with an application called Hugin.
Various layer masks used to bring back colours & contrast. Plus removal of tripod legs from middle cobblestone.

Damn you Heester!!
I tried this yesterday, went to Monument near London Bridge and was turned away because there was a hundred school kids clogging up the central column!!! I was going back today!!!
*shakes fist*
Well done though. Not even through gritted teeth.
