Week 20/52
Spent a hectic hour at a photoshoot run by http://www.meetup.com/londonphotos/who provide location, models, hair and make up and the lighting also. You bring along your camera and get great guidance from the team whilst there. For me it was a great intro to fashion photography.

I signed up years ago and havent really checked on the site for a while. They have plenty of different things happening around town, it was well organised and would recommend.

Re: Paul's 52 Week Project
Last Friday me, David and many others participated in Photo24, a 24 hour event sponsored by Samsung (more details on this in the Outings and Events section of the forum).
I chose the below image as street portraits are not my thing and this guy looked pretty intimidating. But I went over and asked if I could take his pic and he was fine with it. 2 quick shots and a thankyou and I moved on.

Great face and intimidating was what first came to my mind when I saw it. You were brave to approach him. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Week 22/52
Been waiting for these alliums to flower for weeks now. This meant the lawn not being mown as I liked the buttercups as background interest. Had to wait a while for this bumblebee to pose!

Like it Paul. The addition of out of focus buttercups works well.

Good excuse not to mow the lawn! I wonder if I could get away with it here.
The bee is a great inclusion and well placed.
