POTD 20 July - Carnival Queen

I went along to the Croydon Carnival of Cultures, although there was less carnival than I had hoped with only around a dozen or so participants in the parade and just one predominant culture. The fun was to be had beforehand taking shots of the performers who were happy to pose.
