Postscript: Return to Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve

I went back to the reserve on Monday afternoon, took a walk the other side of the large lake.

As you get towards the field with the sheep there is a good view from the path of a Heron's nest, with Heron looking after two young chicks. very hard to get a picture of the chicks due to the lip of the next. Below is the best of what I took. As you might expect lots of young birds about, two more avian family shots attached below.
