Since it is already December, I am enclosing a seasonal image of my sparrows feeding on bread on the holly bush with red berries. Berries are disappearing fast as black birds have worked out that they can hover above the berries to pick them up one by one!
Please post your Seasonal images.
Thanks,
Iggy

Re: Please post your SEASONAL image
Hi Ron,
Thank you for your support in your post above.
In fact you have inspired me to go out this evening to capture my home town, Norbury, showing true Seasonal spirit.
So hot off the press so to speak!
First one is a highly decorated house front in an otherwise somber street.
The other is The Norbury pub on the high street.
Had to set everything in manual to get an image (shutter, aperture & ISO) as camera setting did not give respectable images.

Given the desparately dull and warm conditions we are experiencing at the moment, shooting the Xmas lights is one of the few options available to create a seasonal image. My own effort of a stand of Scots Pines in my local woods was clearly not taken recently and dates back a few years.

Beautiful Pines in the snow!
Here is another seasonal image that might draw a chuckle or two from all of you.

I am up that way at the moment and had it in mind to shoot the Xmas lights in the West End. Too bad for me that Graham got in there first.

Thinking outside the box, here is Christmas Wrasse (Thalassoma trilobatum) that I photographed in Hawaii a few years ago.
