Hastings

It will a day or so before I will be able to announce my shot of the week for the third week of my Photo 52 project. The image is ready but I have not yet written the accompanying blog post. My chosen shot is from Hastings which I visited with a group from Tandridge yesterday. There is more to see and do there than be accomplished in just one day and it is a good place for an outing. I will be certain to return at some point.

In the meantime, as a taster, here is one of my other images from the trip. It is a seven shot stitch and I liked the symmetry between the storm outlet and the pier in the background.

Moody shot, I do like that sky and the diagonal beach line - an enjoyable composition Mike!

Thanks, Laura. The dull conditions worked out for me in this shot and I enjoy the contrast with the bright tones in the sea.
