PAD 115 - Flying Chairs

Day 115 and there was a travelling fair in Lloyd Park so I went down there just before it opened. The idea was to take pictures of the empty rides and stalls, but I found when I got there that the area was fenced off. This flying chairs ride was by the edge of the arena and they seemed to be testing it before the public were let into the fairground, hence no passengers.

I wanted to introduce some blur to create a sense of movement, but it was quite bright and I ended up stopping right down to get anything like a slow enough shutter speed. I could definitely have done with a ND filter.
