PAD 195 - Lavender Stripes

Day 195 and another visit to Mayfield Lavender Farm, where the lower field is at its peak and is a glorious vision of purple. In a few places along the lower edge of the field, there are different shades of lavender which gives this pleasing effect.

The bottom field is now being harvested (which to my surprise is being done by hand), but it looks as though the lavender in the upper field is still developing and should provide some more photographic opportunities over the coming days.
