Looks like it is the same building too.

I believe its very close to where David took his shot. Its all part of the More London set of buildings. Must visit there myself and capture the pavement which has a small gully of running water, great lead-in line!

Yes the shot was taken at More London, but I do not believe it is the exact same location. Like you, I believe David got his picture there, but on a couple of occasions I have tried to find the spot my quest has ended without success. This image was essentially a single snap which I took to compare with David's and when I got home found that it actually worked better than I had expected.

I took mine on southwark street, near the offices of amateur photographer coincidentally - not sure if that counts as More London or not? Certainly some of the buildings look familiar though :)

More London is the development adjacent to the southern end of Tower Bridge around City Hall. That would explain why I have not been able to find the location of Dave's image - I was looking in the wrong place. :?

This shot was taken half way down the walkway which has the water running along it in the gully. I took just the one photo as I walked along intending merely to compare it with Dave's, only to have it turn out to be the best shot of the day. :o
