Inevitable Outcome

Anyone thinking of buying a new camera in the next few months would probably be better off not delaying.

In which case you are already affected due to the fall in the value of sterling. That's only a temporary position, of course, for as long as existing UK stock remains available at current prices.

Longer term, much will depend on whether the terms the UK agrees with China for trade differ from those currently in place with the EU. As I understand it (my knowledge is imperfect and corrections are welcome), the EU does not presently have a trade agreement and presumably everything is conducted under the terms specified by the WTO. It is also possible that under any future UK deal Hong Kong might be treated differently from the rest of China, but that is purely speculation on my part.
