Nostalgia for old lenses has long been known. But early digital cameras? Apparently so, if this post and the long thread of comments is anything to go by. The Olympus E-1, Canon 5D Mk1 and Nikons with CCD sensors seem to be the most fondly remembered.

UPDATE
I forget to include the original Fuji X100, which had a traditional Bayer sensor rather than the X-trans one of later cameras, in the above list. There is at least one member of this forum who has a soft spot for it, claiming it to be "quite the camera".
