lake district outing

Hi me again (Wally), just reminding people about the Lake District. We will be leaving on Thursday 19th October and returning on Monday 23rd October, slightly longer than usual because of the distance. Some of us have booked into the Premier Inn at Kendal.
Hope to see more of you there. It usually is good fun so don't miss out.

Having just spoken to Wally, it appears that there is some confusion as to who is actually going to the Lake District.

So that Wally can put forward some suggestions/itinerary can those attending please make themselves known on this post.

Hi Wally
A big thank you for organising a very successful trip to the lakes.
We enjoyed it very much, had good fun and hopefully some good images.
The weather was mixed but I think we made the most of it. The lakes are so beautiful even in the rain.
Many thanks also to Hilary, Frank and Bridget for being such good company.
