One of the topics discussed while on the train going to The Photography Show at the NEC concerned gloves which can be worn while operating a camera in cold conditions. I am not sure that we reached a conclusion which met with the approval of the person who asked the question, but now PetaPixel has published a user report about this subject.

I bought a pair of Vallerret gloves at the Photography Show. They had a pair small enough to fit me.
I have used them in cold weather and they were fine. I can bring them along to the club next week if anyone wants to have a look. Graham has a pair of Sealskin gloves which are similar. I will bring those too.
