I took this picture of Albert Bridge yesterday trying to avoid the rain.

Mike, yes i used a ND Filter to get the movement in the clouds. The exposure was about 28 seconds...

Er Keith, I don't seem to have it, all I have is a minus sign, the filter must have truly engaged the image.
