Re: Xmas cards
Hi club members, I thought I would give you all a finish date for sending in your xmas card designs. I suggest 20th December, that should give you all the time you need. Good luck and give it a try.

Re: Xmas cards
Thanks to Ron, Bett,Frank, Iggy, Jack and Mike Platts your efforts have been carefully scrutinised and found very appropriate to the subject. What a great effort. Looking at the variety of subjects I realised I needed think about the reasons for xmas that I thought were logical for this day and age. I came to the conclusion that religion was no longer as important as commercialism and adult sophistication, seasonal cards could work also, but even those didn't come close to childrens' happiness. I hope you agree. T tell the truth after the awful year we have all had I quite like mine[attachment=0]the sunrise of a new year and no covid. obviously I had no chance but I enjoyed working it out. So, with a light heart I give you the winner of the first Xmas card competition, MIKE PLATTS. The only thing missing in his card is some copy but for a first try from Mike, not bad at all.
I hope you all agree: here are the cards
