S49: Fading Hydrangea in Blue Vase
Choose a Color; Extra Credit: One Click.
Work with something blue. Vase for example.
Had to have something in the vase. Blue flowers not available.
Just went for shapes with no competing colours.

S50: Texture with Colour
Texture; Extra Credit: Macro
Looking around the living room, two colourful poofs jump out to be noticed.
Made from various colourful pieces of cloth, they have different textures.
Perfect for this challenge with no stress.
The stress came from having no Wifi, but sorted out with WiFi dongle!!!

Re: Shot of the Week December 2020 – Iggy Tavares
I cannot believe that I just have one image to go to complete the 52 Shot of the Week externally set topic Challenge!
Considering my options for the last image that I have yet to shoot.
Hope you all had a nice Christmas Day.

Hi Iggy
It is an accomplishment to complete a project such as this, especially when circumstances have been far from ideal for so much of the year.
Will you be continuing into 2021?

Thanks Mike for your encouraging comments.
At times it was difficult to have the motivation to carry on with the set topics under lock down.
However, it gave me the opportunity to think outside the box when necessary.
Congratulations to you too for completing your projects several times!
I am considering my options for next year, bearing in mind that it is all about Photo Sharing.
It would be nice if more CCC members took part in some form or another.
Compliments of the Season to all CCC Members,
Iggy

S52: Christmas Manikin
My final SOTW of 2020 is another one that is off piste and features yet another portrait of me.
Not again I hear someone shout.
This time though it is an image of a tiny, 5 cm tall, manikin that represents me.
It was specifically commissioned by a friend to feature my hobbies of photography and fish keeping.
Four other unique manikins reflect the professions or hobbies of our family.
They are all happily hanging on our Christmas tree.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to all CCC Members.

Admittedly this has not been the easiest of years but I have found the project has helped and given me something on which to concentrate. It has been therapeutic in its own way.

I intend to continue certainly hope that you will as well. It would be good to have others join us.

Re: Shot of the Week December 2020 – Iggy Tavares
I forgot to add to my last post above that I shall also be undertaking a ""Photo 12" monthly project in 2021. I have often found that I have more than one candidate image for my weekly photo, occasionally posting them here in the "Photo Sharing" forum. A Photo 12 will be an additional outlet for those additional shots at the end of each month.
For those who want a challenge and incentive to create images but do not necessarily want the commitment of a weekly project, a Photo 12 is a good option. It is fewer than the number of photos required to participate in the monthly competitions, so it is within most people's scope.

I definitely second Mike's suggestion above.
It would be nice having CCC members sharing at least one image a month.
You can select how and what you want to do. There are no hard and fast rules.

I hope to be "Photo Sharing" every week in 2021.
More on my project later this week.
Iggy
