At least you'd HOPE it's a strong diagonal....
Taken on a day when I had no access to a camera AND my own phone had broken I came alarmingly close to failing to get a shot today.

David's Project 365
#299 - Vienna By Day
I was fortunate to be able to spend some time in the second tallest building in Vienna (including a trip to the outdoor rooftop). The tallest building was visible across the Danube.

#300 - Vienna By Night
I was also given the opportunity to shoot at night - this was taken without a tripod so I'm quite pleased with the outcome though I may tweak it again in PS.

#301 - Bruges
I know it's not the world's best photo but considering it was from a window of a moving plane at 1/10th of a second and iso 6400, I am very pleased with it

Here's the exif if you don't believe me though I can't obviously prove I didn't use a tripod. I can give you other shots that prove I did wobble of course!
Leaned against something and used techniques a former US special forces sniper learned for rifle shooting, they work quite well for photography but make you look stupid and applied liberal amounts of trial and error. It's the first time I've had it work over 2 seconds and pixelpeeping revealed it was a bit blurry but sharpening has helped a bit.

Caution - contains images of someone using a Pentax camera.
Interesting techniques. Using a wide focal length helps; I defy you handhold a telephoto lens for 4 seconds and get an acceptably sharp image. Did you use his favourite position which makes his backside look good?

How did I know that you would not be able to resist making such a comment!
#303 - Refocused
It's taken SIX weeks for this to come together... I ordered some novelty glasses from a chinese ebay seller and they took an age to arrive!
