Re: #301 - Bubbles
Who knew bubbles could be so beautiful and intricate? Well captured.
#304 - Croydon I
Taken from a handy vantage point in Croydon in the pouring rain, I think I'll be back in fairer weather for some of the other views available from that vantage point

#307
I thought I'd taken a proper photo after this one, this was a "I wonder how this would look" moment that has ended up being my shot for today
Lacking in effort & inspiration now. Not long to go at least.

#308 - Red White Blue
I've been watching this building go up as I travel to and from the gym. Which considering how often I have had time to go to the gym lately means I saw it and thought "wtf where did that come from"

#309 - Bonfire Night
I had a great plan for this year's bonfire night (5th Nov) - go to the top of a nearby hill that has a spectacular view over Croydon and the nearby Crystal Palace as well as far afield as central London & Canary Wharf. I took this of the Crystal Palace fireworks display with the TV pylon, the Shard and the City on the horizon.
I have a colossal panorama of the whole scene with fireworks going off but it needs a ton of processing first.

#310 - Abstract
In desperation after getting home late I tried to create an abstract shot of our ceiling light. It was OK but not anything special though I found inverting the image added a little bit extra.

#311 - Kick It!
I ran an outdoor strobist session tonight. Just photographers, no models, so the pressure was off and it left us free to experiment.
I thought the structure of the walls of this building would make an interesting backdrop and some of the images the group have look great! In the end, I didn't actually take many pictures of my own but I did get this one and it's a fun candid of a more lighthearted moment
Strobist - YN560II @ 1/8th power camera left, above his head on full spread to catch the wall and light him. Another hand-held YN560II on 1/128th power behind to light the wall.

#312 - The Face of Light
After an unsuccessful afternoon of street shooting I clicked this entirely by accident on my way home.
Sign of some kind of spooky sentience lurking in streetlights or just a convenient coincidence?
You decide!

#313 - Blurred Vision
A very busy day and I didn't have a camera for most of it but I spotted this abstract scene while in the pub and snapped it.
