World's Most Desirable Cameras and Lenses?

Thom Hogan comments on the equipment which feature most frequently on B&H customers' wishlists. It is mainly DSLRs with a couple of niche mirrorless models for video and a sprinkling of top end Canon lenses. With two Nikon DSLRs listed, why none of its lenses I wonder? Naybe most Nikon sales are to upgraders, whereas most recent Canon activity has been in the introduction of new optics?
