POTD 8 January 2015 - Chartwell Panorama

Following a very wet morning and a drive along roads awash with water, the sun came out just after midday while visiting Winston Churchill's former home at Chartwell.

Technical note. This panorama is a stitch in Photoshop of 13 images with the camera held in portrait mode to create an original image size of 14651 x 5056 pixels. For the initial stitch, I ticked the "Geometric Distortion Correction" checkbox, but ironically this resulted in a distorted image.
