One of the good things about the event were a number of stalls at Bodiam Station which set to recreate the shops from the era. This man was in the pawnbrokers. Nice cameras in the second shot.

So what was Ron photographing in that shot earlier in this thread? There was a group of three girl singers called My Favourite Things who were performing throughout the day. They were sparkly and delightful, and seemed to be enjoying themselves ernormously. I am sure that many of the men in the audience were quickly falling in love, or at least a version of it.

I am sure that it is purely coincidence that this image below was taken just before the one of Ron shoooting a performance.

In fact it is very difficult to get good expressions when photographing singers, so after the show I asked one of the singers to pose, which she was very willing to do.
