You been hibernating lately.

I enjoy experimenting and making plenty of cock-ups.

Great fun when some image just pops and gives you the confidence to carry on.

I have a pile of different shoots which I haven’t had time to process yet.

Just added another experiment using different coloured gels. See what you think.

Had great fun using Gels. Tried different colour combinations to see what the after affect would be.

Yeah I've been hibernating a bit, some big changes at work and some other photography projects that have been taking up time! I've got a ton of updates for my site I need to work on too, just can't get the time!

Some good effects with the gels, definitely. The first image is nice as well, it has a retro feel to it which is appealing. Sort of reminds me of an album cover, for something called vinyl, that came out before I was born

Haha I'll try. Work took a bit of a shift recently which slowed down the progress I was making on the photography side but hopefully I'll find a bit more free time!

Female Figure Geometry requires a whole lot of other skills to make the poses look easy when they are very complex, demanding the skills of a gymnast & dancer.

This area of female figure geometry is something I am going to spend time on to perfect. Getting the lighting right is crucial.

I really enjoyed working with Ayla. She is an ex gymnast and dancer.

It is a discipline I am going to explore and experiment with further. As it happens I have a booked a model and studio for the Friday 20th Feb.

The model in question is a Trapeze Artist so has the body strength and flexibility to create some wonderful geometrical shapes.

Getting the lighting right is going to be key.

I would suggest practicing lighting ahead of time using selfies normally... but in this case...
